Reading and Style Wars Response

1. Space is defined by stories: without stories or interactions the space loses its value and its connection with people thus is void. Stories also describes the space with factors of time, limit, characteristic (culture and art), and actions.

2. Foundation - A concrete basis of knowledge or an idea.
Regions- An area that isn't necessarily bound, but with similar cultures/characteristics.
Delinquencies - Rather than a visual, space defined boundary, a boundary is limited by a more conceptual limit
Operation - The act of performing a verb in relation to space (sometimes)

3. Similar to the last scene we watched in Style War, there are boundaries space in the graffiti world as well as in the author's idea. Although technically there is no limit to space or locations to spray graffiti, placing a "blow-up" or tag over another "piece," or intricate graffiti, is frowned upon and is off-limits to people who write by the game. This is similar to the author's belief that although space is technically infinite, it is only space with certain conditions.

Also a connection can be drawn by the fact that artists mark their own space or stories in big cities. Although a drawing takes up very little space, usually on a 2-D surface, due to the meaning or story behind that event, it can be argued that it is taking up space.
